Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Apotheon Range. This policy explains how we ship orders, including the extra steps federal law requires for firearms. If you have a question about your order or about shipping, contact us at info@apotheonrange.com or (267) 387-6357.

Firearms ship to a licensed FFL dealer

All firearms and other items that must be transferred through a licensed dealer, including handguns, rifles, shotguns, receivers and frames, ship only to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). We can’t ship these items to a home or business address.

  • Choose your dealer at checkout. Pick a licensed dealer near you. We recommend calling them first to confirm they accept transfers and to ask about their transfer fee. That fee is paid to the dealer and isn’t included in your order.
  • Pick up at your dealer. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. The dealer completes the federal paperwork (ATF Form 4473) and background check before releasing the firearm to you.
  • Age requirements. You must be at least 21 to buy a handgun or handgun ammunition, and at least 18 to buy a rifle, shotgun or long-gun ammunition. Some states set higher limits.
  • If a transfer can’t be completed, contact us right away and we’ll help with next steps.

Suppressors and other NFA items

Suppressors (silencers), short-barreled rifles and other items regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA) ship only to a dealer licensed to handle NFA transfers. They can be released to you only after the ATF approves your transfer, which can take some time. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions.

Ammunition

Ammunition ships by ground service only and can’t ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. An adult signature may be required at delivery. Some states and cities restrict ammunition shipments or require them to go through a licensed dealer. If we can’t ship an ammunition order to your address, we’ll contact you.

Items with local restrictions

Some products can’t be shipped to certain states or cities because of local laws, for example magazines above a certain capacity, some knives, and certain firearms and accessories. You’re responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live (see our Terms & Conditions). If an item can’t legally ship to you, we’ll contact you and cancel and refund that item.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. Firearms, FFL items and ammunition can’t ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Other items can ship to U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses where our carriers allow it.

Processing

We process orders during normal business hours and work to get every order out as quickly as possible. If processing will take longer than usual, we’ll let you know on our site or by email. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping costs depend on the products and the shipping method you choose. They’re calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, along with an estimated delivery time. Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information when it’s available.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If a package is damaged, items are missing or something isn’t right, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of any damage. For firearms, inspect the item at your dealer before you complete the transfer.

Returns

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please use a trackable shipping method for returns. Firearms must be returned through a licensed dealer. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
